Jean Marie Wessel, 54, Rapid City, died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at home. She was born in Rapid City on August 1, 1960 to Richard Sr. and Marcella (Sedig) Wessel. She is survived by 2 brothers, David Wessel, Rapid City; Richard Wessel, Jr., Norfolk, VA; 2 nieces, Melinda Vance, California; Kristy McClough, Rapid City and nephew Richard ‘Richie’ Wessel III, Norfolk, VA. She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Patsy Hager. | |
