Howard Allen Biggin

Howard Allen Biggin, 57, Rapid City, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his home. He was born Dec 21, 1955 to Esther M (Gerdes) and Robert A. Biggin. He proudly served our country in the US Navy for 17 years. Howard is survived by his wife, Patricia E Biggin; two daughters, Elizabeth M Biggin and Paula L Biggin; his son, Daniel L Frank; grandchildren, Alexander M Ferrer, Christopher W. Ferrer, Brooklyn A.M. Ferrer, Bernard M Courtois, Mikayla M Courtois; sons-in-law, Alexander V Ferrer and Max F Courtois; his brother Scott D and wife Michelle Biggin; nephews Taylor T Biggin, Chance M Biggin, Ryan Prince and niece Hannah Prince.
