Fersner Bell, 64, Black Hawk, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He is survived by his partner in life, Doris Andrews, Black Hawk; step-children, Robert Richmond, Black Hawk; Barbara Larson and David Richmond both of Rapid City; Allen Richmond, Black Hawk; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and 6 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers and 3 sisters. | |
