February 5, 1940 - March 30, 2013 Service Date: April 5, 2013 Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 5th at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Ellsworth AFB Honor Guard. |

Walter Eugene Madison, 73, Rapid City, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at home. Walter was born February 5, 1940 in Unionville, Missouri to James and Caroline Laffoon. He entered the US Air Force directly after high school and retired Nov 13, 1978. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, Rapid City; his son Anthony Ray Madison, Aurora, CO; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Kelly, April 16, 2012; his parents and his father-in-law, Neil Lockwood. | |
