September 24, 1921 - September 15, 2009 Service Date: September 21, 2009 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday Sept. 21, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with Father Dan Juelfs celebrating. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday Sept. 20th followed by the wake service at 6. |

Eileen Ann Tarr, 87, Rapid City died Tuesday Sept. 15, 2009 at Golden Livingcenter Meadowbrook. She is survived by six sons, Robert ‘Bob’ Tarr, Silver Hill, AL; Mike Tarr, Blaine, MN; Doug Tarr, Rapid City; Charles ‘Chuck’ Tarr, Bloomington, MN; Timothy ‘Tim’ Tarr, Naples, FL; Stephen ‘Steve’ Tarr, Hanford, CA; three daughters, Patricia L. Tarr; Susan K. Tarr-Azinger; Shelley A. Berg, all of Rapid City; 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; two brothers, John ‘Jim’ London and Mike E. London, both of Omaha, NE and two sisters, JoAnn Peterson, Omaha, NE and Donna Hartigan, Cheyenne, WY. She was preceded in death by her husband Vern Tarr, Aug. 20, 1989, twin sons, Rodney and Roger and 6 brothers and sisters. | |
