Frances Evelyn (Schincke) Lingle, 71, Rapid City died Tuesday April 8, 2008 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Frances was born Nov. 17, 1936 to Fred and Esther (Colyer) Schincke in Emerson, NE. She married Robert L. Lingle on Jan. 22, 1955 in North Sioux City, SD. Frances is survived by her daughter, Barb Lind and her children, Megan, Mike and Meredith; son Dave and wife Rhonda Lingle and their children, Brandon Lingle and Brittany (Brad) Stege; son Chuck and wife Shar Lingle and their children, Kayla Mattson, Jesse Mattson, Nick Lingle and Hannah Lingle; three sisters, Mary Church; Jean Bose; Laurel Loeb and brother Michael Schincke. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lingle, May 20, 2002; her parents; a sister and four brothers. | |
