Norbert ‘Norby’ Allan Johnson of Rapid City, South Dakota died on February 20, 2020 at Custer Regional Senior Care in Custer, SD. He was born on June 14, 1950 in Ft. Hood, Texas. After graduation, Norbert joined the United States Marine Corp and proudly served his county for 3 years, 11 months and 29 days. Norbert is survived by his good friend, James Olson. | |
