Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be 10:00 a.m., Monday Sept. 12, 2011 at Black Hills National Cemetery with military honors provided by TREA Honor Guard. |

Douglas J. Zacher, 48, Rapid City, died Sunday Sept. 4, 2011 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He entered the US Air Force Sept 3, 1981 and was honorably discharged Sept 2, 1985. Douglas is survived by his sister, Lorie (Zacher) Loukota, Omaha, NE; his brother Ryan Arpan, Wentworth, SD; 1 nephew, Logan Loukota and 1 niece, Leeann Gage, both of Omaha, NE. He is preceded in death by his father Dennis Zacher, his brother Patrick and his sister Deana Zacher. | |
