Emily Olga Andrews 87, Box Elder, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018, at David Dorsett Health Care in Spearfish. She was born in Two Hills, Alberta Canada on September 19, 1931 to John and Nancy (Yaremico) Phillips. Emily married Alvin Andrews in 1954 and they did extensive traveling and also helped many foster children. Emily loved too oil paint, ceramic’s and all sorts of arts and crafts.
Emily worked until she was 82 years old at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She was a caring and compassionate woman, wife, and mother.
She is survived by her 2 adopted children Tim and Vera, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
