Mr. Troy James LaBelle, born on January 9, 1972 in Rapid City, South Dakota, to the late Barbara Simmons, passed away at age 46 on August 26, 2018 in Rapid City. He attended Western Dakota Tech. He was in the Carpenter industry as the business owner at Big Dawg Construction. Troy was the loving husband of Misty LaBelle. He is survived by his son, Timothy Rauch; daughter, Miranda Cline; stepson, Chris Cline; sister, Wendy Boutte; grandchildren, Taylor Rauch and Tyler Rauch; aunt, Bonnie Jo Cardenas; and nieces, Tiara Boutte, Shalie Peterson, and Great Niece Xamira. Troy loved softball, billiards/ pool, and swimming/ diving. | |
