July 26, 1965 - March 26, 2011 Service Date: March 30, 2011 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday March 30, 2011 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with visitation one hour prior to the service with Father Janusz Korban as celebrant. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rosary Service will be 7 p.m., Tuesday March 29th at the church. |

Hugo Escalante-Lopez, 45, Hill City, died Saturday March 26, 2011 at Rapid City Regional Hospice House. He is survived by his 5 daughters, Arisbet, Escalante; Yolanda Escalante; Sabrina Escalante; Roxana Escalante and Maria Rocio all of Hill City; his sister, Maria Luisa Vargas, West Chicago, IL; 5 brothers, Israil Escalante, Hill City; Jose Luis Escalante, Mexico; Rosario Escalante, West Chicago, IL; Guadalupe Escalante, Mexico; Rene Escalante, Hill City; 2 step-brothers, Noe Escalante, Hill City; Saul Escalante, Mexico and 2 step-sisters, Lorena Munoz, Santi, CA and Yanet Espinal, West Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rocio Escalante, March 16, 2006. | |
