Nora Ramsay

Nora Elaine Ramsay, 62, Rapid City, died Monday, April 17, 2017. She was born April 26, 1954 in Newcastle, Wyoming to John G. and Betty M. (Horn) Ramsay. She is survived by her mother, Betty Ramsay, Rapid City; three sisters, Mary Margaret Ramsay, Rapid City; Evelyn James, El Paso, TX and Leora McCray, Rapid City; and her Life-Partner, Tom Petri, Rapid City. She is preceded in death by her father, one sister, Rachel Ramsay and her step-father, Lorus Axt.
