Jerome Pigsley

Jerome Harold Pigsley, 68, Rapid City, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at Rapid City Regional Hospice House. He was born November 30, 1948 in Rapid City, to Harold and Doris (Wyant) Pigsley. He graduated from Rapid City High School in 1967 and attended Chadron State College for a year. He moved to Ft. Collins, Colorado where he worked as a farmer and joined Mercy Chapel. He returned to Rapid City in 1972. He started working for Landstrom Black Hills Gold in 1976 and remained in the gold industry until retiring in 2001. In 1982 he married Kathleen Morgret at the Open Bible Christian Center and remained a member. Jerome enjoyed fishing, playing cribbage and reading. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen and his sister Georgiana Horning.
