Norma A. West, 78, Rapid City, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 at her home. She was a devoted military wife for over 23 years and a loving mother who will be greatly missed.Norma is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra West, Barbara Fear both of Rapid City; 2 sisters, Lorraine Wright, Laurie Nelson; 2 brothers, Arden and Kenneth Price and numerous nephews and nieces.She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman West, November 12, 2008 and her sister, Barbara. | |
