October 8, 1958 - February 21, 2016 Service Date: February 26, 2016 Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25th at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home with a wake service at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Feb. 26th at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. |

On the morning of February 21, 2016, Karen Jeanne (Woerth) Carroll, 57, passed away peacefully in her home while asleep due to natural causes. She was born October 8, 1958 in Chicago, IL, to Helen and Fred Woerth, she was the youngest of six children. She enjoyed working with children at the Catholic School System in Rapid City as a playground supervisor. Karen was a loving and giving woman who always put other’s needs above her own. She is survived by her daughter Katrina Carroll; her son Marvin Carroll; Vicki Dirks; Gary Woerth and Susan McNeal. She is preceded in death by Jodene McNeal, George Woerth and her parents. | |
