Richard A. Dell, 77, Rapid City, died Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.He was born March 19, 1939 to Albert and Lydia (Greenwaldt) Dell.He was a longtime dispatcher for the South Dakota Highway Patrol.Grateful for having shared his life are his children, Ellen (LeRoy) Lutzke, Richard Dell, Steven (Sheryl) Dell, Robert Dell, Tanya (Greg) Dell and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. | |
