Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 18th at the funeral home with Rev. Julie Norwood officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Park. |

Lawrence ‘Archie’ Piekkola, 68, Rapid City, passed away Monday Oct. 13, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He was born to Hubert and Hilda (Karen) Piekkola in Newell on Dec. 12, 1945. He was a caretaker at Pine Lawn Memorial Park for 20 years. Archie is survived by his two sons, Mike and Patrick Piekkola; three grandchildren, Abigail, Ashton and Hannah all of Rapid City; special friend, Sharon Piekkola, Box Elder and numerous other friends and family. | |
