Vearl was a great uncle and a good friend to Loyd. He & Vearl talked almost every month. Was always cheerful, funny and upbeat. We hope he finds peace now; in Heaven with his beloved Mary. He will be greatly missed. Trips to Rapid will not be the same; without coffee and convo @ Vearl's kitchen table.

I worked for Verl, at the Tramway. Have many good memories of Verl and how he kept all of us in line. Was a privilege to have known him. RIP Verl.

Vearl was my very favorite uncle. I've never known anyone who could keep me laughing the way he did. I hope he has found peace and rest. He will be missed.

Vearl was my uncle and my wife Renee and I have had so many good times with Vearl and family. He will be greatly missed. Vearl’s constant sense of humor was entertaining. One of my early memories was Vearl calling me if I would like to buy a saddle he had got off a Bronc rider who came into Beer Barrel bar for drinks after he lost his fanny at days of 76 Rodeo.I bought the saddle. He always had an open door for family and friends.
