Location St. John the Theologian Orthodox Church
Visitation will be 5 to 7pm Thursday, July 6th, at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. The Trisagion Prayers of Mercy for the Departed will be prayed at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday July 7th, at 10 a.m. at St. John the Theologian Orthodox Church, 601 Flormann St., Rapid City. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery.

Sam was always a fountain of information. We had many many talks over the years, and even the few times we disagreed on an issue, we always parted as friends. His energy, with, and gentle ways will be his legacy. Our country was enriched by Sam's life. Sam will be missed by so many. GOD SPEED, Sam.
