To the Roadifer Family - Please accept our heartfelt thoughts and prayers. We will miss Roy more than you will ever know. We only saw him at family reunions every 2 years but the time spent with him was very special to us. The first time my boys and husband met Roy he was wearing his chefs hat and he was proudly watching the roasting pig. We are glad we had time to spend with Roy and Mona at their home during the last reunion we had a great visit. What a wonderful life he lived, Mona and family you were so lucky to live it with him. All Our Love, Mark, Ann, Christian & Kyle Steffens

In remembrance of one of who proudly served in the WWII Pacific Theater of Operations. He has answered his final roll call. Faithfully participating in virtually all Custer patriotic events, Roy was an inspiration to all. He was the embodiment of our greatest generation. His departure lessens our lives and community. We shall miss him. Taps sounds in our hearts. Rest in peace, Marine. Custer Post #46, American Legion South Dakota Department
