Cannot make the funeral as I broke my leg in a freak accident and am in post surgery mode. I will always remember the Quarter Horse mtgs and Dick's fun sense of humor. Blessings!!

Dick Bray contributed countless hours to the 4-H clubs. I remember numerous horse shows he judged. Those were the best days of my young life and so many other 4-H kids. I still remember that contagious smile he had on his face when all of us kids walked our horses into our showmanship class at 7:00 AM!! Everybody had already been up for hours excited for another great show with Dick judging. What a commitment Dick made to our community. It was a privilege, when the new arena was constructed that it was called BRAY Arena. My deepest sympathy to the Bray family.

What a loss to the horse community I grew up in! I remember riding in the Bray arena for many, many shows. He and my dad, Wayne, spent many hours working with the Central States Fair and the Stock Show. Lots of hours and great memories. I wish I could make it over to Rapid for the service as I would love to see everyone. I will be thinking of you all. May his memories stay alive in your hearts so he's never really gone.

Gladys and family, We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dick. He was a great mentor for me when I started managing Western Junior Livestock Show!! (I just wish I knew what he had forgotten I would be very intelligent.) He was a great support to WJLS for many years. Thanks for all he done to help the community.

I met Dick when we both sang in the Gospel Choir at “ First Church” Loved his sense of humor and singing with him and Karen. We had a good time through all the trials and tribulations with the Gospel Choir. Missed him when we were no longer needed as the Gospel Choir. He and Bud Jones made the Bass section ! He will be missed!
