Randy M. Mott, Sr, 52, Rapid City; died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009 at his home. He was born in Weatherford, TX on August 5, 1957 to R.E. and Nancy (Walton) Mott. He entered the US Army Jan. 28, 1980 and was honorably discharged Sept. 19, 1983. Randy is survived by his wife, Debi Mott, Rapid City; three sons, Bradley Martin Mott, Rapid City; Lucas Mott, Italy; John B. Mott, Italy; daughter, Rachael Mott, Dallas, TX; three stepchildren, Edward L. Utley, Grayslake, IL; Robin R. Relford, Pine Mountain, GA; Tabatha G. Utley, San Francisco, GA; two sisters, Rhena Webb, St. Augustine, TX; Candy and Ritchie Byley, Hemphill, TX and three brothers, Gary and Mary Mott, Mt. Vernon, TX; Darren Chane, Mt. Pleasant, TX and John Chane, III, Shepherd, TX. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy M. Mott II; his parents, R.E. Mott and Nancy Walton Chane and one brother, Kevin Chane.
