Phyllis Hemenway Vought, 86, Rapid City, died Monday, March 5, 2012 at Rapid City Regional Hospice of the Hills. She is survived by her daughter, Carolin and her husband Lloyd Zietlow, grandchildren, Brady and Emily Zietlow all of Rapid City; one sister, Betty Rold, Richvale, CA; one niece and one nephew. Her husband Henry preceded her in death.
