Our sweet Linda Renee Garcia, age 26, Rapid City, SD went to the hands of the Lord on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.  She was born on July 24, 1991 in San Diego, CA.

Linda had a passion for cooking, fishing, camping, hunting, and all living creatures big or small.  She had a love of music and was part of the Rapid City Children’s Choir until she aged out.  She enjoyed playing Bass Clarinet in the band.  She made All-State and was part of Central marching band.  Her greatest passion was rock and fossil hunting.

Everyone who met Linda loved her laugh and her heart.  She was kind, funny, and quick witted.

We will all miss her deeply.  Fly with the Angels, ”Pea Sweet”!

Proud to have shared her life are her parents, Eric Garcia, Rapid City, Marady (JR) Rude, Sturgis; grandparents, Jerry (Lynne) Garcia, Victoria Kjerstad, and Sheri Dargin, Rapid City; great grandfather, Jess Robertson, Rapid City; her Uncles, Mitch Garcia and Chip Dargin, Rapid City; her Cousins, Mirra and Jerry Garcia, Robert and Chris Spragg, Rapid City; her step-siblings, Jenny (Justin) Johnson, Kyle Rude, Belle Fourche; Michelle (Branden) Martinez, Rapid City, and Heidi (JR) Chacon, WY; plus numerous other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her Paternal Great Grandmother, Cleo Robertson, Maternal Great Grandparents, Jim and Delores Busker.
