Larry was always willing to give a hand to anyone who'd ask for it or if he knew the person was in need & pridefully stubborn to ask. He'd find away to help out without bruising that stubborn pride. THAT was Larry's way... It's never easy losing a part of your heart or your life. There's a big hole in it where Larry should be. Leaving your heart heavy. Rest assured my cousins your husband, father, & grandfather is walking beside you all right now. The Lord knew he was a great person & knew he wished to be with you all. Listen & watch for the signs he'll give you to let you know he's there. Those are the blessings that will carry you through those sad moments. Love to you all, Amie

Larry loved to fish. One knew that going on a fishing trip with Larry was not going to be a fast trip. Sometimes several hours and sometimes a couple days. You had to be prepared with food and blankets just in case the trip turned in to the couple day variety. We went on such a trip when the kids were still small. It was raining and cold but that didn't matter. The fish were biting so there was no leaving. After Cathy and I got the kids bundled up and in the back of my truck we went and sat in the front while Larry and Blake continued to fish the night away. We ended up being there for a day and a half and as luck would have it, the rain stopped as we were pulling out. We had so much fun that we didn't care so much about the weather. Larry we loved you and enjoyed the times we spent with you. You will be missed.

Cathy I know you are heartbroken as we are also. I loved his sort of sarcastic wit and loved his smile. God definitely had other plans than you did for your life. I know you did not want to leave Cathy. None of us wanted you to. But he has a plan they say so we will all be here to see it through. RIP knowing she will have all of us to help her through this.
