James “Jim” A. Caughron, Rapid City, passed away on January 28, 2019 in the comfort of his home at the age of 80.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lil, his parents Ell and Ramona Caughron, his brother Bob and two children, Debra and Richard, from a former marriage.
Surviving family include his son, Todd, Huron, South Dakota,his sister, Jackie Jacobsen and brother Bill who both live in Colorado.
Jim was a “truck drivin’ man” who retired to the Black Hills in 2004.
