Ellsworth Air Force will render full military honors.

Howie was a hardworking, gentle person. He dedicated his life to service through the United States Air Force where I believe he ranked as a Captain. He then served by working for the United States Postal Service at Box Elder and Ellsworth Air Force Base as a City Carrier. Howie, you were a friend and admirable person. You will be missed!!
