Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25th at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home with Rev Julie Norwood officiating. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery with military honors provided.

Howard Allen Biggin, 57, Rapid City, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his home. He was born Dec 21, 1955 to Esther M (Gerdes) and Robert A. Biggin. He proudly served our country in the US Navy for 17 years. Howard is survived by his wife, Patricia E Biggin; two daughters, Elizabeth M Biggin and Paula L Biggin; his son, Daniel L Frank; grandchildren, Alexander M Ferrer, Christopher W. Ferrer, Brooklyn A.M. Ferrer, Bernard M Courtois, Mikayla M Courtois; sons-in-law, Alexander V Ferrer and Max F Courtois; his brother Scott D and wife Michelle Biggin; nephews Taylor T Biggin, Chance M Biggin, Ryan Prince and niece Hannah Prince.
