Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home, Rapid City Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Rapid City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.

Gladys I. Wilson, 98, Rapid City, died Friday, June 5, 2009 at The Victorian assisted living center.She was born August 25, 1910 at Orman, SD to William and Mary June (Harvey) Pridgeon. The early part of her life was spent on a ranch east of Belle Fourche and later lived in Butte, MT, St. Joe, Missouri and Rapid City. She graduated from Jr. College in St. Joe.Gladys married James Wilson On October 27, 1950 in Deadwood. They lived in Rapid City where she worked as a clerk and department head at Sears.She is survived by a daughter, Alberta Alta Roberts, Rapid City; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband in 1998, a daughter, Roberta Alice Scheurer, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
