Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday Nov 10, 2012 at Black Hills National Cemetery with Pastor Dan Menefee officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the Rushmore VFW Post #1273 Honor Guard. Family and friends are invited to share in a Celebration of Life and the ‘Many Hats of Jay” at the Seattle’s Best Coffee Shop in the Alex Johnson Hotel, 523 6th Street, following the interment.
