Visitation will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 835 E. Fairmont Blvd. in Rapid City on Wednesday, February 3rd, beginning at 9 a.m., with services beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be at the Black Hills National Cemetery with military honor guard at 11:30 a.m.
