Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday Dec 13, 2012 at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday Dec 14, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Ken Fairbrother officiating. Interment will follow at the Valley View Cemetery, Black Hawk.

Fersner Bell, 64, Black Hawk, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He is survived by his partner in life, Doris Andrews, Black Hawk; step-children, Robert Richmond, Black Hawk; Barbara Larson and David Richmond both of Rapid City; Allen Richmond, Black Hawk; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and 6 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
