I worked with Don at Sylvan Lake during college years. He was a great guy. Sincere sympathies to his family.

I'm sorry to see word of Don's passing. He was my go to Hardware man at Ace and played softball with him for many years. I also was in Fantasy Football League with him for many years. A really nice man. Always enjoyed him. Please accept my condolences.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. We worked together for many years at Ace Hardware. I started in 1976 and Don was already working there at that time. When I retired in 2018 he was still there. He was a very dedicated employee, he got a job and stuck with it (something that's not seen often nowadays). He will be missed!

My thoughts and prayers to Don's Family. I first met Don at my Grandfather's store, Newkirk's Ace Hardware back in 1977. I started working in the freight dept. where Don taught my Sister & I everything about checking in Freight. In the later years he was at Newkirk's Ace Hardware East and I was the bookkeeper. Even though I moved to Missouri in 2002, I would come back home for a visit and stop by the store to say Hi. He was a nice guy!

Condolences to Don's family and friends. Don donated countless hours coaching us as kids. Thank you Don! I always looked for him at Ace when I was shopping. He was always helpful but more importantly a kind, friendly man. Rest easy Don.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Don and I have been friends for 60 years. My fondest memories include swim team at Robbinsdale Pool, high school football and basketball games, working together on high school reunions, betting on Cobbler basketball games and birthday lunches. He will be deeply missed! Love ya Don!

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Carol. I worked at Ace Hardware with Don for over 7 years before he retired.
