My condolences to all of Dexter's family. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Among the many fond memories I have of Dexter were the rotten tomato fights we had across the alley in the fall each year, of couse after Lorraine's and my mom's gardens were finished! It was usually Jeff, Dex, and Brian vs. myself, Galen Roberts, and Mike McClemons. I was forever grateful to Dexter as he introduced me to Vicki, my wife of 37 years until she passed away in 2005. I am saddened and say to the family, celebrate and hold on to the happy memories. Rest in peace old friend!

Dexter was a wonderful and fun person, he was very nice to us when we were young and visited their home. The whole family was wonderful, nice, kind and fun. He was a fine person just like everyone in their family. We have good memories of him and all of you Johnsons!Love and prayers
