I was very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I always enjoyed your visits to the ranch. Your Dad was really something and we had stopped a few times at their homes in Rapid City. Knowing that she is not suffering and that she is with your dad is a great comfort. My prayers are with at this time of loss.

To the entire Barney Family, We are sorry for the loss of such a special lady. Colleen was the nicest lady, who truly was patient, kind, loving, witty, hardworking, faithful, trustworthy, and comforting to anyone who knew her. Yes, she is a MOM of EXTRAORDINARY TALENTS. 11 children, what a legacy Rex and Colleen left us with. Colleen was the auction clerk for Sam's Auction and M&D Auction. Always professional, accurate, patient, and observant with all of the bidders. We always enjoyed our visits at the auction and a few times at her and Rex's home in the hills. What a gardener she was too. Colleen, you raised a wonderful family, who we know LOVE YOU, AND WILL MISS YOU DEARLY. May Our Loving LORD comfort the Barney Family, and know that their Mom, and Grandma is now safely in the arms of Jesus, and is reunited with her husband Rex, son Mike, and daughter Mary. She was wonderful Mother and Grandma. Her cooking was amazing we always enjoyed our meals with them. We will miss her but our glad her and Dad are together again.
