A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home followed by burial with military honors at Black Hills National Cemetery.

Worked many years with him,built roads,mowing,battled snowstorms,filling potholes and blade patch,paving and a few parties,too!!! Ha ha....glad he got to enjoy retirement!! Daryl Anderson

I spent many days after school in my youth hanging out with Chuck and the New Underwood branch of the Pennington County Highway Department as my Dad worked his career with him. He had lots of stories for me or a hardy chuckle and science experiments. As I grew, he always had a kind word or just checked in and let me know he was there. I always appreciated his smile and laughter whenever he saw me. He will be missed and I will always think of him fondly. Love you, Chuck!
