Whenever I came to Rapid I enjoyed visiting with cousin Cecil. She holds a special place in my heart for the kindness and loving care she gave to her mom and "Uncle Ed", my Dad. Rest in peace, Cecil. My thoughts are prayers are with her family. Carol Jean Denton McIntyre
