Caroline went many times in Europe after the Death of Archie and brought are laughter and sweetness to us. Taking care of us at the Sun Dance with always nice words. My heart hurts so deeply for this loss we all share. Auntie came into my life, my heart, my soul 18 years ago at Sundance. When she looked at me, it was like she knew me, like we recognized one another. She was a woman filled with wisdom, love, kindness, generosity, humor, laughter, tears and so much more. Honestly i don't think i have the strength for this I've been walking around downtown Portland thinking about how Grandma Caroline has been there for me and my family. I cry just thinking about it. Just hearing her laugh would make you and others laugh. Then you would go find the source of the laughter because you wanted to know what was so funny. She was the only one there with my mom when I was born. She told me a few months ago how proud she was of me going and completing treatment. I haven't cried emotionally like this in year. Through her guidance, humor,daily teaching in the kitchen and spiritual awareness help make me the man I am today.
