We are friends of Carmen. We met her at our local bingo parlor in Laurel where she managed the games. We got to know her as a very warm and caring person. We learned of her concerns for her daughter and grandson and prayed for her safe trips to visit in South Dakota. She was kind and compassionate. It is with great sorrow that we learned of her passing. We were very happy that she went back to the Fort Thompson area, although we missed her very much. We send our condolences and prayers to her family, especially Dori and son. May God rest her soul.
