Carmelita (Carmen) Deleone Bintliff passed away on March 4, 2018 at the age of 56 after a two year battle with cancer. Carmen was born in Cagayan Valley, Philippines where she grew up.  She later traveled around the world to work. In 2009, Carmen and her family moved back to Hill City, South Dakota and have lived there since. She worked for Wal-Mart for 9 years. Carmen was a hard working, loving, hilarious and caring person. She was a very strong and independent woman who was taken from us too soon. She will be missed greatly by everyone who loved her.

Carmen is survived by her husband, Vernon, her children, Mark, Viel, and Steve, as well as her extended family in the United States and the Philippines.
