Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday Sept. 18, 2006 at Rapid Valley Baptist Church with Pastor John Little officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Park.
Arnold Hugh Newcomb, 45, Rapid City, died Wednesday Sept. 13, 2006 at his residence.
Arnold was born April 16, 1961 to Earl and Grace (Stowe) Newcomb in Leadville, CO.
He volunteered at Beverly Healthcare Rapid Care Center, Senior Citizen Center in Rapid City, SD and Newcastle, CO. He enjoyed crafts, especially making crosses, woodworking, riding his bicycle. He was devoted to prayer and pleasing others. He attended Rapid Valley Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Earl & Grace Newcomb, Rapid City; 1 brother, Gary Newcomb, Rapid City; 1 sister, Linda Hendrickson, Newcastle, CO; and 4 nephews, Brandin, Jake, Ty and Levi Hendrickson.
