Tony and I suffered through confrimation together at First Lutheran and enjoyed a friendship from junior high through high school. He was bright, articulate, and fun. We had a great group of friends in Ward Hi-Y. His dad was an impressive whistler and always treated Tony's friends with thoughtfulness. My sympathy to Tony's family.
